Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and online lead generation techniques.
  
• Utilize telesales skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in telecalling or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
  
• Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office setup.
