We are hiring fresher tele callees for banking process Role & Reponsibilities:- They need to call the customer & inform about the products to the customers. Our product is loan. Preferred candidate profile:- Minimum 12th Pass Gender:-Male & Female both can apply.Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Introduce products or services and explain their benefits.
Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.
Schedule appointments or follow-up calls.
Inbound Calls:
Answer incoming calls from customers.
Provide information, address concerns, and resolve issues.
Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed.
Data Entry:
Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
Input data into CRM systems.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
