Sales Manager- BL / LAP

Roles & Responsibilities:

1-To be Responsible for origination of LAP & BL (Loan Against Property and Business Loan)
2-To be Responsible for setting up the distribution network for financial products
3-Plan & execute the LAP and BL strategy for month/quarter to ensure goals are achieved
4-Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery. Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned
5-Achieve sales targets for given the basket of products through network
6-Manage portfolio of existing customers and provide prompt service
7-Investment structuring and documentation
8-Empanelment of DSAs and maintaining good relations with them
9-Build and Manage the loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans
10-Regular interactions with Seniors
11-Responsible for identifying new market opportunities/ business lines
12-Determine ongoing product evolution/development priorities.
13-Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports

Skills Required:
1-Good Communication skills
2-Fluent with MS Office usage
3-Well versed with local market
4-Interpersonal effectiveness and influencing skills

5-Ability to speak with conviction using data and logic

Competencies:
1-Graduation in any Discipline is Must
2-Candidates having MBA (Finance) will be preferred
