Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop relationship with the channel partners/DSA and identify new partners to
scale up business volumes as per the companys goal. Regularly follow with DSA for
consistent supply of customers.
2. Responsible for company & sales growth by capturing market share and move
ahead of close competitors in the industry.
3. Collaborate with other teams, credit and risk to provide feedback on market
updates.
4. Ensure regular feedback on policies.

1. Build strong network/ channel by demonstrating great team leadership skills, team
building and team management skills.
2. Proving and growth in sales figure for his responsible.
3. Contribute significantly to overall growth and profitability of company
Mandatory Skillsets :
Having min experience of 2 year in channel sales/DSA business origination serving
any reputed NBFC, Banks, MFI in the respective location.
Excellent communication skills (proficiency in English and local language), great
salesman who can sell anything easily, a good brand maker.
