Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  
• Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining records.
  
• Coordinate with doctors to ensure effective patient care and treatment plans.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Address patient inquiries, complaints, or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in BDS/BAMS/BHMS and Certification in medical administration or healthcare.
• Experience: Proven 3+ Years experience in a medical administrative role or healthcare environment
