Job Title: Director of Executive

Department: Education and Management Development Programs (MDPs)
Location: Gurgaon
Position Type: Full-Time
Reporting To Director


Key Responsibilities


Program Development

  • Design and launch a diverse portfolio of executive education programs and MDPs tailored to industry demands and trends.
  • Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and trainers to develop customized and innovative program content.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the curriculum to ensure relevance and impact in the corporate environment.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in leadership, technology, and management to develop cutting-edge programs.

Client Engagement and Partnerships

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and industry associations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for executive training and consulting services.
  • Act as the primary representative for discussions and negotiations with clients and stakeholders to design customized programs.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with organizations to position the institution as a preferred partner for executive education.

Program Delivery and Operations

  • Oversee the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of all executive education programs and MDPs.
  • Manage participant onboarding, scheduling, and operational logistics to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Coordinate with faculty and resource persons to maintain excellence in program delivery.
  • Implement mechanisms to capture participant feedback and incorporate suggestions into future program iterations.

Marketing and Business Development

  • Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy to enhance program visibility and reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content.
  • Organize events, webinars, and workshops to showcase the institution's capabilities in executive education.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging to position the programs as a premier choice for professional development.

Revenue Generation and Financial Management

  • Develop financial models and budgets for programs to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Monitor program costs, revenues, and resource allocation to optimize financial performance.
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective client acquisition, retention strategies, and innovative offerings.

Faculty and Resource Coordination

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard faculty, trainers, and industry experts for delivering high-quality programs.
  • Provide faculty with guidance and support to align content delivery with program objectives.
  • Build a network of adjunct faculty and external trainers to expand the range of expertise available.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Monitor global trends in executive education, management development, and leadership training to stay competitive.
  • Introduce innovative learning methodologies such as experiential learning, simulations, and digital tools.
  • Regularly assess program outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and collaboration to ensure continuous growth and innovation in program offerings.

Qualifications and Skills


Education

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field. A Ph.D. or equivalent academic qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive education, corporate training, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience in designing, marketing, and delivering high-impact executive programs and MDPs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with corporate clients and establish long-term partnerships.

Skills


  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and faculty.
  • Comprehensive understanding of market trends, corporate learning needs, and emerging industry challenges.
  • Financial acumen to create and manage budgets, achieve revenue targets, and optimize resources.
  • Familiarity with innovative learning technologies, methodologies, and program delivery formats.
