Functional Reporting: Head Engineering

Location: Aligarh
Role Purpose:
· To see overall items in the engineering team in maintaining and improving plant operations, ensuring high efficiency, product quality, and safety standards while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
1. Financial:
· Manage engineering budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
· Evaluate and justify capital expenditure for equipment upgrades and new technologies.
· Drive cost-saving initiatives through process improvements and innovative solution
2. Customer:
· Manage engineering budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
· Evaluate and justify capital expenditure for equipment upgrades and new technologies.
· Drive cost-saving initiatives through process improvements and innovative solution
3. Process:
· Align engineering activities with overall business goals and manufacturing strategies.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.
4. People:
· Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team.
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
· Ensure effective communication and teamwork across departments.
Key Deliverables:
· Manage engineering budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.

Key Interactions:
1. Internal stakeholders: Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Senior Management, CFTs

Educational Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Instrument
Experience (Type & Nature):
· 7 – 10 years of expereince

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Proficiency in engineering management software and tools.
· Leadership and team management abilities.
· Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
