Consumer Insights ManagerFunctional Reporting: Head – CMIAdministrative Reporting: Head – CMILocation: AhmedabadRole Purpose:· To support the Head of CMI and collaborate closely with the marketing team and business units in driving the brand-building agenda, providing insightful analysis and interpretation of consumer data to guide strategic decisions and deepen market understanding.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial
· Assist in client servicing to ensure day-to-day project tasks are executed in an accurate and timely manner· To generate consumer and market insights that help drive businessCustomer· Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities and to provide insights and recommendationsProcess· To manage Market Research projects both syndicated and Retail Audit track, Household Panel track as well as customized research such as brand health studies, concept tests, product tests, qualitative, consumer connects etc.
· To liase with agencies to source proposals for the research requirements and follow internal procedures for agency selection
· Provide operational support to the team leaders on a vast array of activities such as proposal preparation, questionnaire development, fieldwork management, and data quality, as well as to help formulate and prepare client reports.
· Developing the optimal methodology and overseeing the data collection process and analysis plan to ensure all necessary insights are generated to meet business objectives
· Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities
· Delivering analysis and recommendations through presentations and comprehensive written reports.

Role Requirements
Educational Qualifications
· PGDM in Marketing from a Premium ’B‘ School (Tier 1/2)
Experience (Type & Nature)
· 4- 5 years of relevant experience in consumer research, in a leading market research agency.
· Client side experience is an added advantage

· Organisational & Industry Understanding - Analyze requirements, ensure execution, monitor the performance of Zydus Wellness brands against industry trends.
· Consumer Research & Understanding - Guide internal teams in developing the brand consumer strategy and drive initiatives to build the targeted consumer value proposition for the specific brand target groups
