Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our team in a leading cement company.

Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding Cement marketing , and building strong customer relationships in the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the companys cement products to new and existing customers, including contractors, dealers, and distributors.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring product delivery and quality standards are met.
• Organize product demonstrations, promotional activities, and site visits as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during sales activities.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the cement or construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• In-depth knowledge of the cement market and customer needs.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
