Program Manager

Role Description:

IC Pro is looking for an experienced program manager to lead and coordinate projects. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives.
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Requirements and skills

• B. Tec./MBA/diploma in project management or in relevant area.
• Five or more years of experience in management role, preferably in program management.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Excellent communication skills & problem-solving ability
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
