Key Responsibilities

• As the Program Manager, you will oversee and drive the execution of 2-3 key construction projects in collaboration with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
• Project Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of construction projects, from planning to

execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the foundation, turnkey contractors, architects, and other external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Project Planning and Monitoring: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Regularly track progress and proactively address any deviations to meet project goals.
• Contract Management: Oversee contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and efficient processing of payments.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction quality,

adherence to safety standards, and alignment with project specifications.

• Project Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of project progress, budgets, and performance. Generate comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic Inputs: Contribute to brainstorming and strategy discussions, offering innovative solutions for project challenges and enhancing execution efficiency.
• Research and Recommendations: Conduct secondary research and engage with experts to

recommend best practices and approaches for implementing priority projects.
