Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in core financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure financial stability, drive decision-making, and support the companys long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accuracy, and accountability.
• Work closely with department heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Manage cash flow to ensure the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency.
• Optimize working capital, including managing receivables, payables, and investments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to improve profitability.
• Monitor operational expenses and ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: CA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 10–15 years of proven experience in core financial management roles, with a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and compliance.

Skills:

• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST, and regulatory compliance.
