We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the entire finance department effectively, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.

1. Accounting and Reporting:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

1. Taxation and Compliance:
• Manage tax planning, filing, and compliance activities.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

1. Team Leadership:
• Supervise and mentor finance team members to enhance productivity and professional growth.
• Establish efficient workflows and processes within the department.

1. Cash Flow and Risk Management:
• Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

1. Stakeholder Communication:
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

1. Banking Assistance to the company

Qualifications and Skills:

• BCom, MCom, MBA Finance preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in finance management roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
