Deputy General Manager - Regional Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple client locations, ensuring consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including security personnel, operations staff, and business development professionals.
• Manage a portfolio with a revenue base of 1+ Cr  driving growth through client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Conduct regular client visits to address grievances, identify needs, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Negotiate contracts and build long-term partnerships with existing and potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with security standards through site assessments, audits, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and security maturity.
• Conduct threat assessments and implement risk management frameworks to address evolving challenges.
• Ensure all statutory and compliance obligations are met, including obtaining necessary licenses and certifications
• Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing team.
• Evaluate performance and foster an environment of accountability and ethical conduct.
• Support short- and long-term strategic planning to drive operational growth and geographic expansion.
• Manage financial impacts, ensuring profitability and fiscal responsibility across the region.
