Job Description
- Preferably graduate - B.COM/BA or higher academic.
- Have 06 yrs. or more experience in general administration facility managements.
- Plan co-ordinate administrative procedures and systems. Manage day to day administrative tasks, housekeeping and facilities and ensure office infrastructure is updated.
- Manage the overall security aspects of the premises related to employees.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies in-coordination with respective stakeholders external teams.
- Manage utmost efficacy in overall facilities services, AMC renewals, vendor agreements, maintenance activities, vendors.
- Co-ordinate for various audits related to technical services and other aspects and ensure compliance
- Monitor and control overall transport operations.
- Supervise overall inward/ outward courier and other mailroom operations.
- Handle the cafeteria operations, pantry services etc.
- Overall co-ordination on various aspects of soft services, Vendor handling, building FM etc.
- Co-ordination with regional admin and finance teams.
- Manage all the invoice process, prepare, and maintain monthly MIS/Reports with overall budget standards.
- Organize and manage other office activities (event planning, celebrations etc.)
- Supervise and managed the performance and development of staff for contingent staff in line with firm s expectations and regulations.
- Provide cost savings in admin and facility through new initiatives and innovations.
