We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced administrative person to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including general administration that includes Operational, Facility and Property Management, Transport Management, Canteen Management,Inventory/Vendor Management. Handling entire scope of Housekeeping
2. Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and management and generation of reports - weekly, Quarterly, and annually. Responsible for Procurement and inventory management of stationery , housekeeping consumables, pantry consumables
3. Communication: Vendor Management, Negotiation with the vendors, ensuring smooth services, cordinate with various internal external stakeholders in an effective manner
4. Scheduling: Ensuring travel arrangements for the team, Car and Hotel booking for employees and guests, co-ordination with employees, guests/customer representatives. Food arrangement for guests during their visits at office. Periodic Repairs and maintenance of facility
5. Data Entry: Timely invoice processing of related services and ensuring payments as per decided credit terms
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, company documents, and other sensitive information. Maintain AMC - traking of verious services as per schedules. Responsible for contractual employee agreement renewal, Housekeeping, , time office mansgement etc
7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. Responsible to handle related audits and legal compliance, Govt. compliances
8. Special Projects: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management..

For This Role, You Will Need:
. Experience: 10+ years of administrative experience; experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred.
. Certifications/Awards: None required, but certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) are a plus.
. Need to be flexiable in a dynamic environment.
