Job Description
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
- Good to have any SAP Certification
- Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
- Building and Developing relations within the SAP SuccessFactors HCM market in the region
- Ability to connect with HR function leaders across industries
- Analyze and understand client needs related to SAP And SAP SuccessFactors HCM systems
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions
- Plan and carry responsibility of new logo acquisition in specific domain with clear understanding of offering mix of company in the given market.
- Manage internal/external activities and research required for business development
- Develop ideas and create offers and value propositions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor to meet their SAP And SAP SuccessFactors HCM requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of SAP services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Keep up-to-date with SAP And SAP SuccessFactors HCM product developments and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
