Job Description
Study of Business processes, organization structure of Government departments, preparation of As-Is Process maps, identification and analysis of gaps and proposing To-Be processes for improved and efficient delivery
Prepare reports on requirement gathering/ functional specifications/ implementation timelines, user manuals, training material and SOPs, presentations
Prepare MIS Dashboards including KPIs identification, data preparation, visualization and analytics, Graphs and Analytical reports and recommendations
Drive Data-driven solutions related to IT initiatives, Data strategies and business intelligence solutions through research
Facilitating the testing and roll-out of the application, ensuring all activities are completed on time
Preparing detailed manuals and presentations for the IT application modules
Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on project progress, application-level statistics/ analysis
