  • Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
  • Good to have any SAP Certification
  • Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
  • Experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge in business processes and strategic solutions in the SAP HCM area to advise clients on best practices.
  • Experience with payroll processes
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Payroll
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, HR, or related field
  • SAP HCM Certification is preferred
