Job Description
- Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
- Good to have any SAP Certification
- Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
- Experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation and support
- Strong knowledge in business processes and strategic solutions in the SAP HCM area to advise clients on best practices.
- Experience with payroll processes
- Knowledge of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Payroll
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and training skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, HR, or related field
- SAP HCM Certification is preferred
