Accounting Manager - Retail/Online/FMCG (5-16 yrs)

Role Summary: The Accounting Manager will manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role will help establish accounting practices and ensure timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting activities (A/R, A/P, payroll, reconciliations).

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reports.

- Ensure accurate and timely filing of financial documents and compliance.

- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and manage payment processes.

- Improve and streamline accounting systems and procedures.

- Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.

- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
