Sandhar Technologies - Senior Accounting Officer (4-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a Senior Accounting Officer to oversee and manage financial operations, including MIS reporting, inventory control, accounts payable & receivable, asset management, cash flow management, and general accounting.

- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial compliance, reporting, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- MIS & Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

- Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain and reconcile inventory records, oversee fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and conduct periodic audits.

- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Supervise vendor payments, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations to ensure smooth cash flow operations.

- Cash & Bank Management: Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure efficient fund allocations.

- General Accounting & Compliance: Maintain ledgers, post journal entries, and support month end and year-end financial closing activities.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors for audits and financial assessments.

- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial regulations.

- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
