Senior Accounts Specialist (3-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Specialist to oversee and manage the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, along with the ability to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of the accounting cycle.

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Taxation & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts.

- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for business growth.

Audit & Internal Controls:

- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all requirements are met.

- Implement and monitor internal control systems to minimize financial risks.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.

- Provide support to junior team members and assist in training as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, or QuickBooks.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
