- Manager, Finance (O2C Accounting) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Finance (O2C Accounting) to join our dynamic finance team at a leading listed manufacturing company in Gurugram, Haryana.

- In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition, and driving process improvements within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Allocate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and ensure team goals are met.

- Sales Accounting: Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606). Analyze sales data, identify trends, and prepare insightful reports for management.

Cash Allocation & Applications:

- Oversee the timely allocation and application of customer payments to invoices. Monitor cash flow and proactively address any potential shortfalls.

- Customer Reconciliation:

- Conduct regular customer reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies. Investigate and resolve customer disputes efficiently and effectively.

- Excel Proficiency: Leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and process automation. Proficient in creating pivot tables, vlookups, and other complex functions. MIS Reporting: Prepare and analyze key financial metrics (e.g., DSO, revenue trends, aging analysis) for management reporting.

- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into O2C performance. SAP Expertise:

- Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including modules related to sales, finance, and accounting.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: MBA in Finance or equivalent Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or CMA Inter Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in O2C accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
