The Coordinator will act as a crucial link between the Customer Service (CS) and Operations teams, facilitating effective communication and resolution of client queries. This role involves processing client documentation, managing client visits to the Head Office, conducting retention calls, and keeping clients informed about the status of their requests.

The Coordinator will act as a crucial link between the Customer Service (CS) and Operations teams, facilitating effective communication and resolution of client queries. This role involves processing client documentation, managing client visits to the Head Office, conducting retention calls, and keeping clients informed about the status of their requests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Query Resolution:
- Serve as the main contact between the CS and Operations teams to address and resolve client queries.
2. Document Processing:
- Review, process, and verify client documentation as per company standards and regulatory requirements
3. Client Visits:
- Greet and attend to clients visiting the Head Office, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
4. Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate effective communication between the CS and Operations teams to ensure alignment on client-related issues.
5. Retention Calling and Client Communication:
- Conduct retention calls to existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for further engagement.
6. Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks related to client interactions, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
7. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all client interactions and documentation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or operations coordination role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in making outbound calls and sending professional emails.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of documentation processing and client service standards is a plus.
