Investor Grievance - JD

• Investigate the complaints received and reply to the client or the regulators/clients as the case may be.
• Liaise with exchange on matters pertaining to the customer complaints forwarded by the exchange.
• Attend the Investor grievance redressal meetings called by Exchange.
• Managing various Monthly Regulatory reporting's within the Regulatory Deadlines.
• Co-ordinate within the company with different departments, to address / resolve the grievances of the clients.
• Give continuous feedback to all departments on steps to be taken to reduce complaints.

Requirements :

• Immediate Joiners
• Preferred Broking Industry
• Experience in Financial industry/Capital Market/Bank/NBFC etc.
• Experience in handling investors grievance
• Graduation Compulsory
