What youll do:
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for Klook India and the Middle East to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Business Development, central marketing, Legal) to ensure alignment of campaign goals and objectives, driving operational efficiency and smooth execution.
Possess strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand campaign executions (ATL/BTL), ensuring campaigns are optimized across all channels for maximum reach and impact.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality output, and optimized resource utilization for better operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize and enhance campaign results in real time.
Work with internal and external teams for creative development, media planning, and production, ensuring seamless coordination to meet campaign goals.
Track and report on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to refine strategies for future campaigns and ensure operational effectiveness.
Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and revenue goals while adhering to budget constraints.
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on campaign progress, performance, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the CRM team to integrate customer data, ensuring personalized communication and improving customer retention through targeted campaigns.
What youll need:
5-7 years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign management, ideally in the travel, e-commerce, or tech industry.
Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and scaling them across markets.
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, optimize performance, and drive operational efficiency.
Knowledge of CRM systems and experience integrating customer data into campaign strategies to drive personalization, engagement, and retention.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and departments.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master s degree is a plus.
