Job Summary:
We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to drive online sales through Shopify and marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.). The role focuses on optimizing product listings, improving conversions, and managing digital storefronts to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shopify & Marketplace Management
  
• Manage and optimize the Shopify website and product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.
  
• Ensure accurate product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory across all platforms.
  
• Optimize pages for SEO, search ranking, and conversions.
  
• Monitor and enhance user experience, site speed, and mobile performance.
  
• Sales Growth & Performance Optimization
  
• Track and analyze conversion rates, AOV, and revenue performance.
  
• Implement A/B testing, upselling, and abandoned cart recovery strategies.
  
• Optimize ad campaigns, promotions, and discount strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
  
• Inventory & Order Coordination
  
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and inventory management.
  
• Monitor stock levels and implement restocking and bundling strategies.
  

Key Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in Shopify and marketplace management.
  
• Strong understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and digital merchandising.
  
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
  
• Experience in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and e-commerce marketing tools.
  
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
