We are looking for an SEO Associate to enhance our brands online visibility, organic traffic, and search rankings. If you have a passion for digital marketing, search engine optimization, and data-driven strategies, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO:

• Optimize website content, product descriptions, and metadata for improved search rankings.
• Perform keyword research and implement targeted keywords in website content and blogs.
• Improve internal linking structure and ensure SEO best practices for content hierarchy.
• Optimize image alt tags, URLs, and technical SEO elements.
• Monitor crawl errors and site performance through Google Search Console.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building:

• Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Research and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and industry publications for backlinks.
• Identify guest posting opportunities and create partnerships for content syndication.
• Monitor brand mentions and outreach for link placements.

Technical SEO:

• Conduct SEO audits to identify and fix technical issues (site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexing).
• Work closely with the web development team to implement SEO recommendations.
• Ensure schema markup and structured data implementation.
• Optimize website performance for Core Web Vitals and mobile SEO.

Content Strategy & Optimization:

• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized blog posts, guides, and landing pages.
• Develop an SEO content calendar based on keyword trends and seasonal searches.
• Optimize existing pages for featured snippets and rich results.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for insights.
• Generate SEO performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

Requirements & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Experience in keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website structure for technical SEO implementation.
• Ability to analyze SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitive strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in eCommerce SEO, especially for luxury, fashion, or jewelry brands.
• Knowledge of local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
• Familiarity with content marketing and blog SEO strategies.
