Key Responsibilities

KRA

• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.
• Preparation of MIS and submission to management
• Managing global accounting for KGK Group
• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting

and ledger maintenance

• Analyse financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO’s attention
• Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Supervision & preparation of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly and annually basis and finalization of financials statement
• Preparation of Fund Flow Statement and Cash Flow Statement on daily/weekly basis and provide feedback

to Top Management on fund management.
