Job Title: Sales Consultant for Online business & Offline for Exhibitions and Shows

Location: Work from Office, Noida

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Sales Consultant & Offline Sales Consultants for Exhibitions and Shows to join Prismara team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers online & directly, guiding them

through their purchase journey, and ensuring they find the perfect piece that aligns with their story. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, enhancing the customer experience, and representing Prismara's values.


Sales Consultant for Online business :

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:

Assist customers via online chat, email, phone and social media platforms to address inquiries, recommend products, and guide them through the purchasing process.

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to provide tailored suggestions for Prismara jewelry.

  • Sales Generation:

Achieve and exceed monthly online sales targets by converting leads into loyal customers.

Proactively follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and close sales.

  • Product Expertise:

Stay updated on Prismaras collections, product features, and customization options.

Educate customers on the benefits of lab-grown diamonds and colorstone jewelry.

  • Brand Representation:

Embody Prismara's mission and values in all customer interactions.

Share the stories behind our collections to create meaningful connections with customers.

  • Customer Support:

Resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assist with online order processing, returns, and exchanges when necessary.

  • Market Feedback:

Provide insights on customer preferences and trends to the marketing and product teams.



Sales Consultant Offline Sales & Event Coordinaton

Responsibilities

  • Pop-Up Shows & Exhibitons
  • Coordinate and manage Prismaras participation in pop-up shows, exhibitions, and private sales events.
  • Set up and organize displays to showcase Prismaras collections in an elegant and appealing manner.
  • Engage with customers during events to educate them about Prismaras jewelry, collections, and the benefits of lab-grown diamonds and colorstones.
  • Ensure all inventory and logistics for events are handled efficiently, including transportation, security, and documentation
  • Sales and Customer Interaction
  • Coordination and Reporting
  • Brand Representation
