Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree or Diploma in Jewelry/ Diamond or MBA in Marketing
Experience: 3-10years experience in B2B sales, Business Development and New Client Acquisition.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Loose Diamond B2B Sales expert with Global experience / wanting to gain global experience with us. Representative to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence across international markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key business clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our product offerings & acquiring new clients across the geographies aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
Business development and new client acquisition
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Monthly/Quarterly reporting of Sales and current projects to the Management
Building strategy for the smooth flow in sales execution, end to end process of Sales Execution.
Preparing for the Exhibition and Trade Shows
Cold Calling, Client Meeting, Lead Generation
Order Opening, Pricing & Cataloguing
Supervise backend sales operation for assigned location
Coordination with Logistic & Shipping Team for smooth flow of goods
General Correspondence with Client, communicating for after sales services
Be a point of contact for Sales Team & Factories
Coordination with Factory & Designing Team
Coordinate with Graphics Team for Client Presentation
Team Management Coaching, mentoring, provide sales & system training.
