Job Title: E-commerce Manager (Amazon.com)

Location: Noida Extension, Uttar Pradesh

Salary Range: INR 2.0 Lakhs to INR 3.6 Lakhs per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist with expertise in managing seller accounts on Amazon.com. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically on Amazon.com, and must hold a graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seller Account Creation: Create and manage seller accounts on Amazon.com.
• Product Listing: Handle product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for better visibility.
• Brand Approval: Manage the brand approval process on Amazon.com.
• A+ Listing Creation: Create high-quality A+ content for product listings to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
• Brand Store Creation: Develop and manage brand stores on Amazon.com.
• Advertisement Management: Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Amazon.com to drive sales.
• Sales Generation: Implement strategies to generate and increase sales.
• Customer Feedback Management: Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews.
• FBA Processing: Process Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) orders, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Return & Exchange Management: Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in managing seller accounts on Amazon.com.
• Education: Must be a graduate.
• Skills:
• Proficient in Amazon seller account management.
• Strong understanding of Amazons brand approval and A+ content creation.
• Experience with Amazon advertising and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage FBA processing and handle returns and exchanges effectively.
• Location: Must be willing to work in Noida Extension.
