Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant with 3-6 years of experience to lead technical solutioning and demonstrate Keka s Marketplace and integration capabilities . The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with both sales and product teams to deliver the right solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Solutioning: Understand customer requirements and provide solutions using Keka s Marketplace and integration features.
- Requirement Mapping: Assess customer technical requirements and match them with Keka s product features, ensuring compatibility with their IT infrastructure and security standards.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by answering technical questions, conducting product demos, and explaining features.
- Product Demonstrations: Present and explain Keka s Marketplace and integration capabilities to prospects and customers.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and product teams to address customer needs and market opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with prospects to clarify technical requirements and define the scope of integrations or customizations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in Tech Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
- Experience in SaaS, HRMS, or related domains is preferred.
- Quick learner with the ability to explain complex features to non-technical audiences.
- Team player who can work well across different teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
