Job Description
- Assist with reviewing, drafting, and organizing legal documents, including NDAs, vendor contracts, customer agreements, and partnership contracts.
- Support contract lifecycle management by tracking contract statuses and following up with internal teams to ensure timely execution and compliance.
- Conduct legal research related to SaaS, IT compliance, data privacy laws, and other regulatory matters relevant to the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Support, to address legal queries and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents required for board meetings, shareholder meetings, and other corporate governance matters.
- Maintain corporate records, including resolutions, minutes, and filings with regulatory authorities.
- Support compliance tasks related to statutory requirements, corporate filings, and documentation.
- Help monitor regulatory updates that may impact company operations and assist in implementing necessary changes to corporate policies.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law or Semi-Qualified CS
- Basic understanding of contract law and corporate governance and Companies Act
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
