Role & responsibilities

• Manpower planning based on the business plan and keeping in mind hiring challenges in Regional hiring & Expansion Plan
• Promote digital upgradation & implementation of HRMS/LMS .
• Design & implement employee grievance redreesal system & as an employee relation manager need to tackle issues proactively. Enhance employee motivation, personnel/family counselling thereby instituting measure for reducing absenteeism and employee turnover.
• Weekly/Monthly branch visit & connect with employees.
• Implement transparent, comprehensive & objective performance review process (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual) and reward mechanism for the organization
• Vendor empanelment & other admin support need to be taken care.
• Support in administration of contract labour management across all the locations.
• Conduct HR audits to ensure all process and systems are followed in true spirit and identify if there are any gaps
• Responsible for setting PMS- Goal setting, KRA/KPIs formation with proper tracking, Mid-year review & appraisal cycle.
• Ensure Compliance & Audits on timely basis.
