Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Management Consultant to specialize in B2B Enterprise Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize sales strategies and market expansion plans for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sales process improvement, market positioning, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Analyze existing B2B enterprise sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Design frameworks for upselling and cross-selling opportunities within enterprise accounts.
2. GTM Strategy Design:
- Develop comprehensive GTM strategies, including market segmentation, product positioning, and pricing.
- Identify new market opportunities and build entry strategies for untapped regions or industries.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and sales enablement tools.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with CXOs and senior executives to understand business objectives and align solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to drive alignment on sales and GTM initiatives.
4. Performance Optimization:
- Implement KPIs and dashboards to track sales performance and market expansion success.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform sales and GTM strategies.
- Optimize CRM systems and sales automation tools to streamline processes.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Align GTM strategies with product roadmaps and market feedback.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years in management/business consulting, enterprise sales, or GTM strategy roles, preferably in the SaaS or technology sectors.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to design and execute sales and GTM strategies.
- Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of B2B SAAS enterprise sales processes, methodologies and CRM tools.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and market research to drive strategic decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Education: MBA from a top tier college, in sales, marketing, or a related field
