Location: Seepz, Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA HR

Looking for a motivated and skilled HR professional with excellent communication skills and experience in end-to-end recruitment.

What You ll Do:

• Source and screen potential candidates.
• Shortlisting candidates post initial screening and sharing with HODs.
• Scheduling interviews via HRMS and co-ordination - PAN India
• Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment needs
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Utilize job portals, social media, and networking for hiring
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and generate reports.
• Assisting in onboarding & HR activities

Required Candidate profile:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good follow-up skills
• Quick learner

Salary - up to 2.5 LPA
