Job Description
- Design and update job descriptions
- End-to-end in-house recruitment.
- Source potential candidates from various platforms
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

- Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Quick learner and ready to learn new things
- BBA (HR) Required, MBA (HR) preferable an appropriate field of study.
- Should be comfortable working independently, and in a team environment, as required.
- High sense of urgency and strong follow-through is essential.
- Must have the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple search requests based on resource needs.
- Ability to complete work projects with speed and accuracy, often under pressure and/or short deadlines.
- Nice to have technical skills and knowledge of MS Office.
