PD Planner

Position: Planner Department: PD Location: Seepz Position Summary: This role involves maintaining comprehensive project and designer productivity track sheets, preparing detailed reports on the progress of each merchandiser, and assisting with planning, forecasting and performance analysis to support the overall success of the design and production process. Key Responsibilities: Project Tracking and Reporting Maintain and update the track sheet of open design / cad projects for each market (India, USA, Europe, Gulf). Monitor the progress of each project from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met. Ensure accurate data entry into project management tools and track sheets. Regularly report on the status of ongoing projects, identifying potential risks and delays to management. Should have bare minimum PPT skills so can help with catalogues Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure that market-specific requirements are met. Liaise with merchandisers to communicate updates, clarify project scope, and adjust timelines as needed. Support merchandisers in gathering any necessary information to optimize workflow across departments. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to improving planning strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience (2+ years) in planning, project management, or a related role, preferably in jewelry design and manufacturing. Advanced Excel/Spreadsheet Skills/ PPTS/ CANVA Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and markets. Data Analysis and Reporting.
