Travel Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and book travel (flights, hotels, transport) for employees or clients.
• Create detailed itineraries and manage all travel logistics.
• Act as the main point of contact for travel inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to travel budgets and policies.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate travel deals.
• Assist with travel-related emergencies and last-minute changes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; bachelors degree preferred.
• Previous experience in travel coordination or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and policies.
