Job Description

Essential Qualification & Experience:

1. 2 to 3 years of experience managing international travel for senior executives or family offices.


Preferred Qualification & Experience:

1. Working experience with any travel management software.


Essential Soft Skills:

1. Time management to handle multiple tasks and projects.

2. High level of discretion and confidentiality.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

4. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.


Preferred Soft Skills:

1. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

2. Cultural sensitivity and awareness, particularly in managing family and social events.


Essential Functional & Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

2. Knowledge of foreign exchange requirements and document preparation for international travel.

3. Expertise in maintaining and updating contact databases (digital and physical).

4. Strong administrative skills, including managing office supplies and correspondence.


Preferred Functional & Technical Skills:

1. Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools.

2. Experience in event planning and management for family occasions.


B. Position Summary:

In this role you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and owning end-to-end of any international and domestic travel for the Chairman and family members; managing office supplies, and updating the contact diary (digital & physical).


Responsibilities (not the inclusive list)

1. Responsible for managing family travel (coordinate with agencies and direct bookings) for:

a. Flights

b. Visa

c. Hotels

d. Transfers and drivers

e. Forex, travel-related documents

f. Family events, lunch, dinner

2. Responsible for maintaining and promptly updating contact coordinates (both digital and physical).

3. Responsible for office admin work like stationery items and other tasks, as and when required by the family.

4. Review and analyze every transaction to bring in cost and time effectiveness.

5. Provide backup support to the Chairmans PA in case of any exigency
