Preferred candidate profile

  • Educational Background
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Masters degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the payments or financial services industry.
    • Proven track record in managing B2B operations, ideally in Visa or similar payment platforms.
    • Experience in team leadership and project management.
