Job Title: B2B Territory Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Rest of Maharashtra
Department: Sales and Business Development
Reports To: CEO
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The B2B Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within a designated territory to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying potential business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of the territory to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads and convert them into clients.
  • Sales Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products/services.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast sales through the CRM system, providing regular updates to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide insights on customer needs and feedback, contributing to the development of new products and services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage negotiations with potential clients, handle objections, and close sales effectively to meet or exceed territory sales goals.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and support to internal teams regarding product knowledge and sales techniques as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Travel Agency Sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
