Job Summary: -

The Sales Support Executive plays a key role in supporting the sales team by processing orders, managing customer inquiries, handling customer grievance, and conducting service visits to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Handle customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Customer Interaction: Provide product information, pricing, and resolve inquiries.
• Customer Grievance Handling: Address customer grievance professionally and escalate as needed.
• Service Visits: Conduct regular visits to customer to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain records of manufacturing activities and prepare reports.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams.
• Sales Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
