Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the refractory & Foundry Material manufacturing industry.
• Experience in global sales and international market expansion

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
