Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Parameter Setup:
• Analyze and understand product specifications and requirements.
• Establish and optimize process parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
2. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
• Develop, document, and implement process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure SOP adherence across production teams.
3. Process Control:
• Monitor and control production processes to maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and resolve process deviations in a timely manner.
4. Product Dimension and Profile Checking:
• Conduct precise measurements of product dimensions and profiles.
5. Final Product Inspection and Approval:
• Perform thorough inspections of final products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Approve products for dispatch and customer delivery.
6. Customer Complaint/Grievance Handling:
• Address customer complaints and grievances effectively and professionally.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
7. Product Installation and Training:
• Develop and establish processes for product installation and usage.
• Provide training to customers to ensure optimal performance of the products.
8. Customer Engagement:
• Visit customer sites to understand their latest processes and feedback.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster trust and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years in quality control or process management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with non-ferrous metals or related industries preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards and process auditing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
