Field Executive Engineer | Mehsana | Gujarat

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Field Executive with technical expertise and hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will:

• Visit customers to understand and address grievances.
• Provide technical support to ensure the optimum life and performance of our products.
• Conduct customer training sessions on the installation and operation of our products to maximize their output and longevity.
• Travel extensively across India for on-site visits and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Ceramics Engineering, Metallurgy (BE Metrology), or BSc with relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of field experience in a similar industry or role.

Key Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of crucibles and related products for non-ferrous metal melting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Problem-solving ability to address customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Willingness to travel extensively within India.
