Role & responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership in Jewelry Technology

1. Vision and Strategy: Define and implement a technology roadmap that supports innovation, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness in the jewelry industry.
2. Digital Transformation: Lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to modernize traditional jewelry business practices, from design and production to retail and customer engagement.
3. Sustainability & Ethics: Leverage technology to support sustainability initiatives, such as traceability for ethically sourced gemstones and metals.

Retail and Customer Experience Optimization

1. Omnichannel Integration: Develop seamless customer experiences across physical stores, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications.
2. Personalization: Implement AI and data analytics tools to offer tailored product recommendations and enhance customer engagement.
3. Loyalty Programs: Use technology to create and manage loyalty programs that strengthen customer relationships.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain Efficiency

1. Digital Design Tools: Oversee the adoption of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and other technologies to enhance jewelry design and prototyping processes.
2. Supply Chain Management: Implement systems to track raw materials, manage inventory, and optimize logistics for both in-house production and third-party suppliers.
