Job Purpose: We are looking to hire a Fusion Finance Senior Consultant for internal hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
Module Expertise:
- Support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Document Recognition Cloud, Financial Reports Center Cloud Service, and Expenses Cloud Service.
- Experience: Bring over 8 years of relevant experience , with hands-on involvement in at least 3. to 4 full-cycle implementations.
- Project Participation: Contribute to large-scale implementation projects, assisting in the design,configuration, and deployment of Oracle ERP solutions, particularly within a multinational context.
- Financial Closures: Assist in managing financial closures, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with senior team members to design module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion environment, participating in design reviews and discussions.
- Client Interaction: Develop strong client-facing skills, managing relationships and expectations under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for business users, prepare quality deliverables, and contribute to the documentation of Oracle ERP processes and best practices.
- Data Migration: Gain exposure to Fusion Data Migration, assisting in the transition of data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
- Implementation Support: Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the implementation cycle, supporting business users in mapping and streamlining/re-engineering business practices using standardized methodologies.
- Consulting: Provide in-depth technical consultation and support for multiple projects/tasks within the assigned area of Oracle ERP portfolio and related business applications.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to business process reengineering efforts, deploying lean concepts and Oracle ERP best practices to enhance system efficiency and support corporate goals.
- Troubleshooting: Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase post-implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to operational use.
- Mentorship and Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants, assisting in mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.
